Willy E. Stewart
Willy E. Stewart is a CEO, entrepreneur, thought leader, professional engineer, management consultant, author, speaker, husband, father and Ironman finisher.
Willy is founder and CEO of Stewart (StewartInc.com) an award-winning, 180-person multidisciplinary international design and engineering firm with five (5) offices in the Southeast United States. Willy, with a master degree in engineering, leads the strategic growth of the company and the development of highly trusting leadership teams.
Willy is also founder of i2 Integrated Intelligence, a management consulting firm that advises CEOs and senior leaders how to create healthy organizations by developing a trusting culture and optimizing growth through highly effective business strategies. He has conducted over 100 workshops on employee engagement, strategic planning and building high performing teams.
Willy is also founder and CEO of Elevar, a software development corporation dedicated to the creation of enterprise-level, web-based software solutions that facilitate the delivery of management processes and systems in an integrated environment. This a software that links design documentation, budgeting, and event management through a web-based portal available on any device that has an internet connection.
Willy is author of Fire Yourself, and Fireyourselfmovement.com, which embraces a new generation of business leaders rising up to demonstrated their strength and leadership through service and trust.
Mr. Stewart lives in Cary, NC with his wife, Sherri. He has five children and two Wheaten Terriers.
In addition to spending time with his family, he is an avid cyclist, business mentor, and contributor to the community. He serves on the North Carolina Governor’s Advisory Council on Hispanic/Latino Affairs, WakeMed Board of Directors, and the North Carolina Small Business Development Fund Board of Directors.
Mr. Stewart is also an advocate for education and has set up an endowed scholarship at North Carolina State University to help increase diversity in the College of Engineering.
Jody L. Cole
Mr. Cole is a Bicycle and Pedestrian Project Designer who gives back to the community through designing bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, including local and statewide greenways, on street, and along street sidewalk and multi-use paths. He prides himself in knowing that the work he does provides facilities that bring the community together, and creates longevity by promoting healthy lifestyles through physical activity. He is a husband, father, and follower of Jesus Christ. Mr. Cole has a great love for humanity and inspires to influence others through Wake-Up Leadership and building trusting meaningful relationships.
Mr. Cole believes that nobody has or ever will completely reach their full potential in life and therefore has no reason to ever stop learning, living, loving and dreaming. “As long as you can dream about what you have yet to become, then you still have untapped potential within you, to become greater than you have ever been.”
Mr. Cole lives in Wendell, NC. He and his wife Miranda met in 1995, were high school sweethearts and have been married for 18 years. They have two children, Ansleigh, age 4 and Kyler, age 1. Mr. Cole and his family enjoy cycling together, CrossFit training in their garage gym, actively serving together in their local church and spending quality time together as a family.
Betsy is a Marketing Coordinator at Stewart, and a big proponent of learning something new every day. She loves Wake Up Leadership for introducing her to new books to devour, great personal connections to make, and ways to learn more about living an intentional life.
Betsy is a member of SMPS Virginia and is preparing to serve as Treasurer in the 2018-2019 program year. She is also proud to serve as the Cookie "Momster" for Girl Scout Troop 312.
In addition to being part of the amazing Marketing and Communications Group at Stewart, Betsy is a licensed landscape architect, mother of 2, chocolate enthusiast, writer, lifelong student, hiker, and general outdoor nut.
